ICAR HOCKEY RULES

here as off now the rules for the icar hockey league

part 1 TEAMS

Each team has 1 owner per team it is the team owners job to set up games with the other owners and communicate with the commissioner off the league

The team roster has to have a minimum of 2 players per team and a max of 8

part 2 salary cap

each owner get $300 dollars in fantasy cash to sign players

max contract length is 2 seasons minimum contract is 2 games

league minimum pay is $20 dollars

part 3 players
each player must keep the number first name and last name and positions he signed up for failure to do this will get his team disqualified from the game

any player who quits must let their owner know days in advance so they can release you if you quit and come back the team that had you're contract
will be the team you play for

free agency
when free agency starts each team will bid on a player once we get down to the top 2 bids the player that they bid for gets to chose between the top 2 bidding teams

icar player draft
if we have players for the draft the draft order will be set by the teams win loss records and playoff finish
worst teams get first picks

game procedures
the home team captain is to setup the game
go to community/lobby/set up a private lobby for a name put the team abbreviation for ex mia at bos

the home team gets first selection of jerseys

the away team cant pick the home teams jersey they picked

each player is responsible for getting his stats at the end of the game

if both teams has a human goalie they both must play that spot

games start Wednesday at 8pm time but if you need to you can get up with the other team and schedule a game

playoffs
all playoffs rounds will be best of 7 series

expansion teams
midway threw the season if anyone wants to start a new team for the league he can the team will be brought in the next new season.but in order to add a new team their has to be either another team join with them(so we keep an even number of teams) or a team does not return
